NCNR CIFtools is a suite that contains a CIF reader and editor. You can access to CIFEDIT and pdCIFplot applications by creating a file that will invoke the GUI script. The suite also includes the necessary Tcl-Tk and BLT consoles that allow you to edit the source code and generate plots.
